Cancel Your Order

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel your order. To cancel your order, please follow these steps:
Go to your account page and click on "My Orders".
Click on the order you wish to cancel.
Click on the "Cancel Order" button.
Select a reason for cancellation and click on the "Submit" button.

Cancellation Policy

Orders are based on delivery time slots. If you wish to cancel your order, please request order cancellation at least 1 hour prior from your beginning time slot hour. 

Refunds

If you cancel your order before at least 1 hour before your beginning time slot, you will receive a full refund.
