Refund Policy for Freshcartz

We understand that sometimes things don't go according to plan, and you may need to return an item. That's why we offer a generous refund policy for our online grocery delivery service.

To be eligible for a refund:

Items must be notified of refund within 7 days of delivery.
Items must be in their original packaging and in resalable condition.
Perishable items, such as fresh produce and meat, cannot be returned.
Items that have been opened or consumed cannot be returned.
To initiate a return:

Contact our customer service team at freshcartzgrocery@gmail.com or simply open up chat on the website.
Provide your order number and the items you wish to refund. This should include pictures of all sides and reason for refund. 
We will make a decision within a day and send you refund or ask additional questions.
The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Exceptions:

We do not offer refunds on alcohol or tobacco products.
We do not offer refunds on items that have been damaged or destroyed by the customer.
We do not offer refunds on items that have been lost or stolen.
